Cyberpunk 2077 has a cop spawning bug and IT's kayoed of control

In the video, the player is standing on a roof, on top of a reasonably long-stalked building, room to a higher place the streets of Night City. This isn't fitting an isolated pillow slip either, plenty of people have commented on the picture claiming they, too, experienced the hemipteron. In response, CD Projekt Red is offering refunds for PS4 and Xbox One players, following a statement the studio resign this morning, regarding the controversy.
